Kitchen Project
The HighPoint Kitchen is being created as a multi-functional resource that supports and strengthens families facing food insecurity. The HighPoint Kitchen will increase access to free, healthy food which is integral for improved health and development of our community’s most vulnerable members. Offering life skills classes in nutrition and cooking educates, equips, and empowers households to cook with their health and budget in mind. In addition to these practical needs being met, the HighPoint Kitchen will also reduce barriers and build community between HighPoint volunteers, clients, and our community.
